Johnnae teaches a challenging-but-accessible slow flow class, with a good dollop of alignment, and a focus on breath + clear instruction. Her classes are satisfying for beginners or longstanding practitioners. From Johnnae: “The core of my training is Annie Carpenter’s SmartFLOW method. I completed my 200-hour training with Annie through Yoga Works in 2008 and my 300-hour in SmartFLOW in 2015.
