Meet Jennifer Ellen

Jennifer Ellen teaches two types of class at the BBYC. In each class you’ll learn an energetic and innovative approach to yoga through a breath-led cycle of intelligently and creatively sequenced poses (asanas). Her classes are designed to empower the soul while strengthening the body.

Prana Flow™

Inspired by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective, Prana Flow™ classes have a dynamic energy and emphasize the unity of breath, energy and movement to create an embodied state of rhythmic flow. Rooted in the knowledge of Ayurveda-the health-science of yoga, classes are inspired journeys that offer a complete spectrum of rhythms from meditative and rejuvenating to the challenging and empowering.

Gentle & Juicy

In this all levels welcoming practice, we will enjoy a blend of dynamic yoga poses at a slower pace with deliberate holds and moderate intensity, then move to the floor for grounding, relaxing and restorative poses.

Gentle & Juicy will unwind stress, revitalize your energy and uplift your spirits so you feel healthy, vibrant and centered after class. Perfect for every level of experience, every body shape & size, for those who just want to stretch & move in a positive, empowering way.
